This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and your choices. By creating an account, using the Service, installing our widget, or completing a verification, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service. This Policy is incorporated into the Terms.
Your name, email, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), API/site keys, business details, and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers).
Phone numbers and optional names, emails, and fields you upload or that are collected when an end user completes a verification through our widget or API. For each verification we also record a proof-of-consent record: the phone number, the iMessage/Android result, date/time, the end user's IP address, the originating website and page URL, the consent text shown, and the user agent.
Message, lookup, and verification activity, delivery and reply data, log data, IP address, device/browser information, and cookies/pixels used to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and measure marketing (including the Meta/Facebook pixel on our marketing pages).
When an end user completes a verification or otherwise provides a phone number through the Service, that user consents to be contacted via SMS, text message, and iMessage by RG Loomis LLC, iBlueText, the originating app or website (our Client), and the partners, affiliates, associated companies, and subsidiaries of each of the foregoing, for transactional and (where the user has opted in) marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP at any time and you will be removed; UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END are also honored.
Phone numbers, names, emails, and consent records collected through the Service are owned jointly by the originating website/app owner (our Client) and RG Loomis LLC. Each may use that data as permitted by this Policy and the Terms. Clients may export their contacts at any time and are responsible for handling exported data lawfully.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only:
We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, encrypted-at-rest secrets stored outside the public web root, access controls, and monitoring. Verification codes are generated and hashed such that the plaintext code is never stored on our web servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
We retain account, contact, consent, and usage data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, compliance, and security purposes (consent records in particular may be retained to evidence consent). You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize it except where retention is legally required.
Depending on your location (including under the CCPA/CPRA and GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing or "sales/sharing" (note: we do not sell). End users may opt out of messaging by replying STOP. To exercise rights, contact us; we may need to verify your identity, and for end users we may direct requests to the relevant Client as the data controller of their contacts.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States; if you use the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your data in the U.S. The Service and its compliance features are designed primarily for U.S. messaging.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and continued use means acceptance.
